Echelon energy 83331-1 Single-phase multi-tariff electricity meter

The ECHELON 83331-1 electricity meter is a single-phase static electricity meter for measuring electricity in two tariffs with long-distance communication. The state of the dial at the high rate marked 1.8.1 is displayed alternately on the liquid crystal display which over time changes to the display of the state of the low rate marked 1.8.2. Additionally, the display in the upper left corner shows the identification of the active tariff and the presence of phase voltage L1 in the lower left corner. The flashing LED on the right of the screen indicates the electrical energy consumed.
